This is a standout opportunity to work with privately-funded clients – including HNW individuals - while playing a key role in developing the firm’s family offering in the city. This role is ideal for an established Family Partner, or designate ready to step into a partnership role, with access to top-tier work and the autonomy to shape a growing practice.
Working as part of a team of family law experts spread across the firm’s various offices, you will be advising on a broad range of complex family law matters including, inter alia:
- Matrimonial disputes and divorce proceedings
- High-value financial remedy cases
- Private children matters, including residence and contact disputes
- Cross-referrals from the firm’s private client, property and/or business services teams which involve a matrimonial element
Due to the firm’s focus many of these matters may involve high net worth individuals with business assets both in the UK and off-shore, and you will be used to dealing with complex matters of this nature and be keen to build your practice further within this sphere. You will also be taking a key role in building the firm’s offering in Oxford, hence an applicant with a network of contacts and referrers is most likely to suit the requirement, as is an established reputation (or a desire to build one) in the local market.
