Are you a junior barrister who loves what they do, but finding that life at the Bar wasn’t quite what you were expecting? My client is a prominent national law firm which has continued to grow and expand over recent years, and with one of its most successful ventures being the launch of its own advocacy arm. As its advocacy offering continues to grow the firm is now seeking to recruit a UK-qualified practising barrister, likely to be between 0-3yrs call, to join its team in the North West, East Midlands or West Midlands (with good scope for flexible/hybrid working).
The firm’s in-house barrister offering is properly clerked so you would enjoy the same support structure of conventional chambers, yet with the benefits of an employed role including an attractive salary, competitive benefits package, paid annual leave and clear scope for career progression.
The firm is looking to speak with barristers who have completed pupillage and have experience of areas such as:
- healthcare
- education
- regulatory
- employment
- civil litigation
- planning law
Candidates who may also have conducted advocacy at inquests will be of real interest.
