My client is a Top 200 commercial heavyweight which is seeking to expand its construction and built environment practice through the recruitment of an experienced lawyer of circa 3-7 years PQE or equivalent to work on a variety of construction litigation matters, but for which it is also willing to consider an experienced commercial litigator who is looking to pivot their career in this direction.
You will be working as part of a busy team and handling a variety of construction disputes including, inter alia:
- defective design or workmanship
- professional negligence
- breach of contract
- contractor/subcontractor disputes
- losses arising from delays and disruptions
