My client is a highly-regarded and expanding law firm which boats a national footprint and an excellent reputation across a variety of legal markets. The firm is looking to recruit an experienced insolvency lawyer to bolster its Legal 500-recognised corporate recovery and restructuring offering in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insolvency lawyer to join a firm which offers a clear path for career advancement from Day One, as well as enjoying a strong profile in insolvency and restructuring work. You will advise a diverse client base, including insolvency practitioners, individuals and businesses ranging from SMEs and local plcs through to national and international organisations. You will handle a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including both corporate and personal insolvency work and be able to point to a proven track record for corporate restructuring, recovery and advisory matters. Due to the structure of the team you will likely be an experienced insolvency lawyer of circa 3-6yrs PQE, although candidates with levels of experience falling just outside this bracket are also actively encourage to apply. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, led by highly experienced practitioners who are committed to developing talent and providing clear progression opportunities.
