Leading firm seeks experienced corporate law specialist to bolster its East Midlands team. My client is an award-winning Legal 500 firm with offices across the country, and which is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its highly-rated transactional practice.
Working as part of a busy team in the East Midlands area, you will be advising an impressive client base including blue-chips and household names, as well as large PLCs, OMBs and SMEs, both in the local area and further afield. You will be an experienced corporate lawyer with circa 6+ yrs PQE and will be comfortable advising on a range of matters including M&A, MBO/MBIs, joint ventures and reorganisations, and will be looking to join a firm which offers both high quality work and excellent scope for career progression.
