Ambitious conveyancing specialist sought by Legal 500 firm to spearhead its growth in Berkshire. My client is a well-regarded, full-service law firm which is undergoing a period of growth, and a rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced conveyancing lawyer to head up its expansion in the Berkshire and South Oxfordshire regions.

The firm already enjoys an excellent reputation for its conveyancing operation and in this newly created role you will be working as part of a larger inter-office team and reporting into the Head of Conveyancing, whilst building up the firm’s conveyancing presence in the Thames Valley area.

You will be an experienced conveyancing specialist who has strong technical skills and can turn their hand to a variety of residential property matters, whilst also being comfortable on the business development side, building and cultivating relationships with referrers, estate agents and surveyors as well as being involved in building and supervising a team. Applicants who already have a network of referrers and/or following are likely to be of particular interest although this is not a prerequisite.

Due to the seniority of this role the firm feels that the successful applicant is likely to have accrued circa 10yrs+ PQE or equivalent. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to take on a role which is envisaged to progress to partnership in a relatively short timeframe.
