Leading national firm seeks experienced non-contentious construction specialists for busy roles within its Legal 500-rated team. My client is a Top 100 law firm which is looking to recruit experienced non-contentious construction lawyers to join its growing national team. These are fantastic opportunities for ambitious construction lawyers looking to take on high-value and complex matters, working as part of an intra-office team of experts within the built environment sector. Opportunities exist in a variety of locations across the UK, with the firm also offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on non-contentious construction matters including drafting and negotiating of JCT and NEC contracts as well as other construction-specific documentation such as consultancy agreements and collateral warranties.
  • Providing high quality legal advice to developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
  • Advising clients on risk management, procurement strategy, and project structuring.

My client is keen to speak with UK-qualified solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law, although opportunities exist at all levels up to legal director. As a result, candidates who are looking for opportunities where a route to partnership is attainable – even from a more junior starting point - should also be interested in discussing further.
