Leading national law firm with ambitious growth plans seeks high calibre construction lawyer to handle a primarily contentious caseload for an impressive client base. The firm already features prominently in the Top 50 with big plans to climb the rankings further in the near future. As part of these growth plans, the firm is seeking to recruit an experienced construction lawyer at principal associate level for an exciting opportunity which can be based in either Birmingham, the North West or North East. You will likely have accrued circa 5yrs PQE within the construction law field and will be looking for a role to handle either exclusively or primarily contentious construction law matters including, inter alia:
- advising on risk management relating to construction projects
- breach of contract
- negligence claims
- building defects
- delay and prolongation
Whilst the role is expected to be primarily contentious in nature, the firm is also willing to consider applicants who have some non-contentious experience, hence applicants from a variety of construction law backgrounds who have a passion for this sort of work should be keen to be considered. Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract the best talent in the construction law market.
