Top 50 national firm seeks experienced commercial and/or IT lawyer to strengthen its highly-regarded team in Birmingham. The firm is an impressive national practice which continues to post year-on-year growth over many years, and which is recognised for the quality of its work and as being a genuinely nice place to work!
The firm advises an impressive client base of blue-chip and FTSE-listed companies, and is particularly well thought-of within the TMT, IT and IP arenas. The practice is now seeking to recruit an experienced lawyer to bolster its IT team, working alongside a leading partner and advising on a variety of non-contentious IT matters such as outsourcing, IT procurement, e-commerce, software licensing and development agreements and other matters with a technological leaning.
Due to the slightly niche nature of this work, the firm will also consider applications from experienced commercial lawyers looking to move their career more towards the IT field and become a specialist IT lawyer. You will be a knowledgeable IT or commercial lawyer of circa 2-5yrs PQE, with this experience likely to have been gained within a leading commercial firm or in-house environment where quality work is the norm.
Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract high quality applicants with excellent experience. To discuss this position in more detail, call Greg Reid at Price Richardson or forward your CV in absolute confidence, either directly via the Price Richardson website or using the ‘apply’ link.
Price Richardson is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy. Where PQE is referred to, this should be taken as indicative only and does not preclude applicants with other levels of experience who can display the necessary skill-set and supervisory requirements from being considered.
