The firm is a long-standing and highly-regarded firm in the West Midlands area which is seeking a corporate partner to join its transactional team in Birmingham as a key part of its expansion strategy.
Well-connected within the local area and driven to grow your practice further, you will be able to point to a strong technical skill-set as well as a proven ability to attract and develop clients, and will be comfortable advising on matters including:

- Corporate finance
- Private equity
- Joint ventures
