We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team in Kent. This is a varied role supporting the sales process from quotation through to order, while building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations for repairs, maintenance and inspections.
- Process purchase orders and prepare job documentation for the operations team.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates and follow up on outstanding quotations.
- Source competitive pricing from suppliers.
- Maintain accurate sales records, quotations and order tracking.
- Support the Sales Manager with new enquiries and business opportunities.
- Assist with marketing activities, including social media, newsletters and website updates.
- Provide general office administration and support as required.
About You
- Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration or coordinator role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
