Service Coordinator
We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Kent.
This is a busy and varied role where you'll coordinate planned maintenance, manage reactive callouts, support field engineers, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule planned maintenance visits and allocate reactive callouts.
- Coordinate engineers' workloads and maintain daily schedules.
- Liaise with customers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare job documentation and maintain accurate service records.
- Support weekly invoicing and general administration.
- Monitor service performance and produce monthly KPI reports.
- Raise purchase orders and check subcontractor invoices.
- Ensure service reports are completed accurately and follow up on any outstanding actions.
About You
- Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling or administration role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
