We’re looking for a technically curious, hands-on engineer to join our growing Technical Department, supporting market-leading HVAC and controls solutions across the UK. This is a varied, field-facing role where no two days are the same — combining technical problem-solving, supplier collaboration, site work, and customer support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Based from our Hemel Hempstead office, with regular travel across the UK (and occasional overnight stays)
- Acting as a key technical link with our main suppliers — Samsung, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi Electric
- Attending manufacturer training courses and update meetings
- Staying up to date with product applications, diagnostics, and best practice
- Providing expert technical support on a wide range of systems, including: Air
