The Role

Price Ferguson Ltd is a well-established financial planning practice based in Guildford. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to join our friendly, professional team. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll play a key part in supporting our Paraplanners and Financial Advisers. The role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will be involved in a mix of administration (60%), paraplanning (20%) and work quality checking (20%). Key Responsibilities

  • Administration
    • Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing clear and proactive communication.
    • Maintain accurate client records and ensure back-office systems are up to date.
    • Prepare documents, valuations and reports for client meetings.
    • Process applications, transfers, policy changes, fund switches, and withdrawals.
    • Liaise with providers and third parties to manage requests efficiently.
  • Paraplanning
    • Draft detailed suitability reports across a range of advice areas.
    • Conduct product research and fund analysis as needed.
    • Ensure compliance documents and provider forms are completed and stored correctly.
    • Collaborate with advisers to gather client information.
  • Work Quality Checking
    • Review administration workflows to ensure processes are followed.
    • Carry out regular and spot checks on admin work.
    • Provide feedback and support to the Admin Manager.
