About the Role: We've recently launched our new Oxford office and are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Senior Manager, Director or Partner to lead its growth. You will work closely with senior leadership, including Board-level support, while benefiting from the expertise, infrastructure and reputation of an established national firm. This is a rare opportunity to build something from day one. As the office lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Price Bailey's presence in the region, developing a strong local client base and building a high-performing team around you. While your technical specialism is important, this role is ultimately about impact. Developing relationships, winning work and delivering high-quality client outcomes. We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including corporation tax, personal tax, accounts or M&A advisory.

What will I be doing? As Office Lead you will have ownership of the following tasks:

• Working with senior colleagues to define and deliver the local growth strategy
• Establishing a strong presence in the Oxford market through networking and business development
• Managing and growing your own portfolio of clients
• Leading client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory services
• Recruiting, developing and leading a local team as the office grows
• Collaborating across the firm to deliver a joined-up, multi-disciplinary service to clients
• Creating a positive, high-performance culture within the team

What experience do I need? Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, or equivalent professional qualification or experience (minimum criteria)
• Proven network in the Oxford market and a track record of winning new business (minimum criteria)
• Significant experience/knowledge in your specialist area (tax, accounts or corporate finance)
• Confident operating at a senior level, with the ability to lead client relationships and influence stakeholders
• Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously
• Applies a forward-thinking approach to technology, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
