What do the team do?

Our Compliance team plays a vital role in supporting the firm, helping to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations and maintain the highest professional standards.

The team works across a variety of areas including client onboarding, anti‑money laundering (AML), data protection, company secretarial matters and wider compliance projects.

A key part of this role will be identifying opportunities to use technology and AI to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance the way the team works.

You'll help drive continuous improvement while supporting a range of compliance activities, including maintaining compliance registers, assisting with client onboarding and due diligence, supporting data protection matters and contributing to wider projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is technology‑minded and keen to develop their knowledge of compliance, AML, data protection and related regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an individual with a strong willingness to learn and the potential to grow into a trusted specialist within the team.

What will I be doing?

  • Researching and testing technology and AI solutions to help improve efficiency and enhance compliance processes.
  • Maintaining compliance registers and records, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and actioned appropriately.
  • Assisting with data protection matters, including data subject access requests and record keeping.
  • Contributing to compliance projects by preparing information, tracking progress and completing agreed actions.
  • Supporting client onboarding activities, including AML checks, due diligence requirements and PSC‑related processes.
  • Providing administrative support to the Compliance team and assisting with company secretarial activities.

What experience do I need?

  • Experience working in a professional office environment in an administration role (minimum criteria).
  • Experience of using AI tools and creating agents (minimum criteria).
  • Applies a forward‑thinking approach to technology, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
  • Ability to use good judgement and initiative under own direction.
  • Prior knowledge of CDD, AML, PSC requirements or data protection would be beneficial.
