Job Duties & Responsibilities
Operations Responsibilities
- Conduct audits using client data to identify errors and recover revenue
- Review contracts, agreements, and electronic documents
- Inspect and evaluate client financial information
- Document audit operations and maintain accurate records
- Use MS Office tools to compile evidence into claim packages
- Update the claims management system
- Participate actively in team meetings
- Achieve assigned claim volume and value targets as set by team leadership
Recoveries Responsibilities
- Prepare and package claims for vendors and clients
- Provide vendors with claim backup documentation
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve claims
- Process claim billing for clients
- Update audit systems with accurate data
- Draft professional written correspondence to vendor inquiries
- Analyse issues related to client claim procedures and audit processes
- Work in line with the timing and deadlines of the audit cycle
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- On track for a minimum 2 : 1 in a business, finance, analytics, or related degree
- Looking to complete a full sandwich-year placement between 2nd and 3rd year of study
- Minimum of 2 years of any work experience (part-time, full-time, paid roles accepted)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review financial and contractual information
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to build lasting, professional relationships with clients and vendors
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying problems and proposing solutions
