PR Senior Account Manager
Location: London, United Kingdom
Base pay range: £48k-£55k (tax efficient share scheme, BUPA private health cover, wellness allowance of £110 a month, 5% matched pension contributions, hybrid working (2 days in the office), flexible working, 25 days holiday, paid sabbaticals).
The Role and the Person
As a PR Senior Account Manager, you will have strong experience in the B2B sector (fintech, tech, or financial services). You will have line‑management responsibility for one or more junior team members and be provided with in‑house management training designed to help you excel in this role. You will develop your commercial skills and support the growth and development of the agency by contributing to new business, marketing, and HR goals.
You will typically have 4+ years of PR experience, and you will be a respected advisor to your clients, confident to advise your account teams on the best strategy. You will guide Account Managers and Account Executives as they develop their own client advisory, and be a strategic leader and part of the growth of the agency and the senior management team.
