Hybrid working: 3 days in the office Tuesday and Thursday plus one other. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to join a successful, fully integrated B2B tech PR agency working with innovative and fast-growing brands. This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, shaping strategic communications programmes and leading teams to deliver high-impact work. You’ll play a key role in driving client success, developing talent and contributing to agency growth. Working across exciting tech B2B clients, this is your chance to be part of the senior management team and play a pivotal role with opportunities to grow, moving to Associate Director and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading strategic communications programmes for key clients.
- Managing and developing high-performing account teams.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Driving campaign delivery across earned and integrated channels.
- Supporting new business growth, pitching and contributing to agency strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience at Account Director or Senior Account Director level in a B2B tech PR or integrated agency.
- Strong client leadership and team management skills.
- Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a passion for delivering great work.
Salary & Benefits
- Discretionary annual bonus based on company performance.
- Employee Ownership bonus.
- Pension contribution of up to 4% when you contribute 5%.
- 23 days holiday, rising to 25 days with service, plus bank holidays.
