We’re working with a boutique, PR and Comms agency (with offices in the UK, Dubai and the US), seeking a Director to lead and scale the UK team. Their clients are global luxury destination and hospitality clients whose projects are truly groundbreaking, so you will have the opportunity to lead on some unforgettable global campaigns.
The Opportunity
This is a diverse role within the luxury space, and you will be at the forefront of deepening client relationships and securing new business while leading an expanding team. You will be hands-on, especially at the beginning, so you will need to still enjoy the craft of PR and comms. The UK arm is a boutique agency, but well established and ambitious, so the potential for career development will be in your hands. You will report into the CEO and initially have two reports into you, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with clients and campaigns, while also shaping the strategic direction and long-term growth of the business. Acting as a senior client advisor and trusted leader, you will mentor and develop the team, while playing a pivotal role in expanding the agency’s UK presence, profile and reputation, but you will also have help from the other teams in the US and Dubai.
