We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join a well-established professional organisation on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering clear, engaging communications while managing a small team and supporting wider business objectives. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in B2B financial services or professional services, along with the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and implement communications plans aligned to organisational priorities.
- Lead and develop a small communications team, ensuring high-quality output and collaboration.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across digital channels, publications, and member communications.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and external suppliers.
- Support sponsorship, partnership, and revenue-generating communications activity.
- Monitor performance and engagement across key channels, using insights to refine messaging.
- Proven experience in a communications, PR, or marketing leadership role.
- Background in financial services or professional services is essential.

Salary of £60,000–£70,000 with hybrid working.
