The Role- Developing and executing multi-channel digital strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Paid Search and beyond).
- Acting as a trusted advisor on all things digital and social for educational/NGO companies.
- Crafting compelling content that resonates with audiences and reflects client goals.
- Managing editorial calendars, performance reporting, and continuous optimisation.
- A deep understanding of digital trends, paid media, and social strategy.
- Experience working B2B side, ideally within the education and/or NGO/charity sectors (agency side).
- A creative, strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling in the social and digital space.
- The confidence to own client relationships and deliver stand‑out work.
- Either a strong Account Manager ready for the next step, or a rising SAM looking for something bigger and bolder.
