As an Assistant Manager at Prezzo Italian, you’ll be at the heart of the restaurant - working alongside your General Manager to deliver standout dining experiences and strong operational results. You’ll play a key role in uniting and supporting your team, helping everyone give their best. Experience We Value
- 2‑3+ years’ experience as a manager in the Hospitality Industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and growing business.
- Expert at organisation, prioritising, multi‑tasking and meeting tight deadlines.
- Commercially astute with experience of setting and delivering against targets.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of health & safety, food safety and employee relations matters.
