As a General Manager at Prezzo Italian, you’ll be at the heart of your restaurant’s success – leading with purpose and creating a space where team members and guests alike feel valued.Â

- Own financial performance, focusing on sales, labour costs, and profitability. Achieve sales targets and KPIs to earn performance-based bonuses. Optimise labour costs through effective scheduling and great deployment.Â
- Collaborate with marketing on local sales and community engagement.Â
- Drive operational efficiencies through data-led decision-making. Ensure adherence to health & safety, food hygiene, and compliance standards.Â
- Maintain an audit-ready restaurant with high cleanliness and maintenance.Â
- Conduct regular risk assessments to ensure a safe environment.Â
- Oversee financial handling, stock inventory, and cost control processes. Â
Experience We Value
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior manager in the hospitality industry.Â
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Â
- Strong commercial awareness with experience in P&L management, sales growth, and cost control.Â
- Passion for hospitality with a customer-first mindset.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Â
