Experience We Value:
- 2-3+ years’ experience as a manager in the Hospitality Industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business.
- Expert at organisation, prioritising, multi-tasking and meeting tight set deadlines.
- Commercially astute with experience of setting and delivering against targets.
- Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of health & safety, food safety and employer relations matters.
