Guests are noticing and the momentum is real.

Now we need Kitchen Assistants who keep our kitchens running.

Who we are

Brava Hospitality Group is the home of great restaurant brands.

We're the group behind Prezzo Italian, in towns and cities right across the UK, and a collection of much‑loved central London restaurants: Jamie's Italian, Riding House Café, Nessa, Yasmin, Mortimer House Kitchen and, most recently, Bolo by Gennaro.

And we're growing the footprint of every one of our brands.

We're restaurant people at heart, and we believe every guest deserves brilliant food and exceptional hospitality from teams who love what they do.

Prezzo Italian has been bringing the Italian classics to towns and cities across the UK since 2000.

For our 25th birthday we gave it a fresh start: a brand‑new look, beautifully redesigned restaurants, and a menu built around the dishes people love, made fresh and cooked properly.

Prezzo Italian is the home of the Italian classics.

We're a business on the way up, and the people who join us now will shape where it goes next.

The role

As a Kitchen Assistant at Prezzo Italian, you're the engine of the kitchen.

You keep plates, pans and kit spotless, keep the kitchen safe and organised, and help the chefs whenever they need a hand.

When you're on form, the whole kitchen flies.

At Prezzo Italian, it all comes down to two things: the impression we make and the connections we build.

Every guest should leave feeling genuinely looked after, not just served.

That starts with how we treat each other.

Teams who look out for one another, have fun together and take pride in what they do create the moments guests remember and come back for.

New to hospitality? You'll get full training and a team that has your back from day one.

  • What you'll be responsible for
  • Keeping the kitchen running
  • Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
  • Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean and organised.
  • Take in deliveries and put them away properly.
  • Being part of the team
  • Help the chefs with basic prep when it's needed.
  • Help your teammates when it gets busy.
  • Keeping standards high
  • Follow cleaning, food safety and health and safety procedures every time.
  • Use cleaning products and equipment safely.

What we're looking for

Are you a Prezzo person?

You're warm, genuine and generous with your time.

You love great food and you love people even more.

You make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk in, you lift the team around you, and you take pride in getting the little things right.

You bring energy, a sense of fun, and the confidence to make the call.

  • Energy, even on the busiest nights.
  • A team player who's happy to muck in.
  • Pride in a job done properly.

Experience is great, but it isn't essential. Your attitude matters most, and we'll teach you the rest.

What's in it for you

You'll give a lot to this role. Here's what we give back.

  • Reward
  • Tronc, so you share in the success of a busy restaurant
  • Company pension scheme, if you're eligible
  • Life assurance at 2x your annual pay
  • Paid holiday allowance
  • Refer a friend and earn up to £1,000
  • Time and wellbeing
  • Your birthday off, every year
  • Free or heavily subsidised meals on shift
  • 24/7 GP helpline and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Stream (formerly Wagestream), our financial wellbeing app: access pay you've already earned, save straight from your pay, and get tools and guidance to manage your money
  • 50% off at Prezzo Italian
  • 25% off at every other Brava restaurant
  • Share 25% off with up to 5 friends and family, even when you're not there
  • Free Tastecard and the Hospitality Rewards app for retail discounts
  • Your future
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • A path into the kitchen as a chef, if that's where you want to go
  • Opportunities across our other brands

Ready to join us?

This is an exciting time for Prezzo Italian, and where we go next will be shaped by the people who join us now.

If you're hardworking and want to be part of a team that's proud of every plate, we'd love to hear from you.
