Prezzo Italian is seeking a Sous Chef to be second in command in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and deputising as needed. You will help run a busy kitchen, develop the team, and ensure food quality and standards.
You’ll manage stock, waste and costs, deliver great guest experiences, and use the app to view schedules and swaps. Regular hours at your home restaurant with the option to work at other Prezzo locations.
