The role
As a Kitchen Assistant at PrezzoItalian, you're the engine of the kitchen. You keep plates, pans and kitspotless, keep the kitchen safe and organised, and help the chefs whenever they need a hand. When you're on form, the whole kitchen flies.

What you'll be responsible for
Keeping the kitchen running
- Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
- Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean andorganised.
- Take in deliveries and put them away properly.
Being part of the team
- Help the chefs with basic prep when it's needed.
- Help your teammates when it gets busy.
Keeping standards high
- Follow cleaning, food safety and health and safetyprocedures every time.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
