Brava Hospitality Group is looking for a Reservations Manager to lead the reservations function across our growing London portfolio which includes Nessa Soho, Yasmin Soho, Mortimer House Kitchen and Jamie's Italian as well as other new concepts joining the group. This is a hands-on, multi-brand role for someone who knows London hospitality inside out.

You will own the reservations operation across a portfolio that's actively expanding, balancing time between our office and the floor. You’ll need to be close to the systems and close to the guest experience, so hybrid working is in place to allow you to work from our Support Office in Angel as well as restaurant locations across the capital.

The role:
  • To lead reservations operations across multiple London sites and brands;
  • To manage booking platforms, availability strategy and yield to drive covers and revenue;
  • Partner with restaurant leaders and senior managers to support service, flow and guest experience;
  • Onboard new sites and concepts onto the reservations function as the group grows;
  • Use data and reporting to spot trends, fix friction points and inform commercial decisions;
  • Report to Director of Customer Growth & Innovation.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Reservations Manager in a multi-site or multi-brand hospitality business;
  • London market knowledge. You understand the rhythms of the city's dining scene;
  • Confident across leading platforms (SevenRooms, OpenTable, ResDiary or similar);
  • Commercially minded with a sharp guest-experience instinct;
  • Comfortable splitting your week between desk-based work and being out in the restaurants;
  • Strong communicator who can influence operators, GMs and central teams.
What we offer:
  • Opening salary of £40,000, with room to move for the right person;
  • Hybrid working (our office in Angel, working from sites and the option to work from home where needed);
  • Full-time role with the autonomy to shape how the function operates;
  • A seat at the table as the group adds new brands and concepts;
  • Staff dining discounts across the portfolio and wider company benefits.
