Prezzo Italian in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sous Chef to be the Head Chef's right hand. You run shifts, maintain high standards on every section, and take charge when your Head Chef isn't there.
You help set the tone on every shift, ensuring guests feel genuinely looked after and meals are prepared to spec. Working with the Head Chef and our central team of chefs, you learn what it takes to run your own kitchen, lead on food safety, and manage ordering, stock and waste.
