Prezzo Ltd is hiring a Sous Chef to be second-in-command in the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef and General Manager to run a busy Italian kitchen. You will lead the team, drive food quality and standards, manage rota and stock, and help control costs to ensure a smooth, profitable operation.
