Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to own the shift. You will open/close the restaurant, lead the floor, and ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality.
With the GM and Assistant Manager behind you, you’ll learn the craft of running a great restaurant and help set the tone for a high-performance team. You’ll manage pre-shift briefings, coach on the floor, handle guest feedback, and ensure standards for food safety and service are met across every shift.
