Prezzo Ltd's Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to own the shift, opening and closing the restaurant, and leading the team on the floor to deliver exceptional hospitality. You’ll set the tone, coach staff, and collaborate with the GM and Assistant Manager to run a guest-focused operation that guests remember.
You’ll run pre-shift briefings, manage on-floor service, handle feedback on the spot, and ensure food safety, licensing and cash handling standards are met.
