Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations and guest experience under the guidance of the General Manager.
- Lead and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to achieving sales and quality targets.
- Make real-time decisions to adapt to busy periods and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and central support teams to align on goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team-leader experience, ideally in hospitality.
- Ability to guide and support a team.
- Understanding of health and safety and food safety basics.
- Passion for great service and guest experience.
