Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations and guest experience under the guidance of the General Manager.
  • Lead and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to achieving sales and quality targets.
  • Make real-time decisions to adapt to busy periods and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and central support teams to align on goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or team-leader experience, ideally in hospitality.
  • Ability to guide and support a team.
  • Understanding of health and safety and food safety basics.
  • Passion for great service and guest experience.
