Prezzo Italian in the UK is looking for a high-energy Sous Chef to be number two in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and deputising when required. You’ll lead a busy team, drive food quality, and help manage stock and costs to keep operations smooth and profitable.
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to create great dining experiences for guests, with opportunities to grow within the Prezzo family across the brand network.
