Prezzo Italian is seeking a Sous Chef to be the Head Chef's right hand in a busy UK kitchen. You will run shifts, maintain high standards across all sections, and step in when the Head Chef is away. You’ll collaborate with front of house to ensure every guest leaves feeling truly looked after.
You’ll train and coach the team, manage pass lines, and ensure food safety and cleanliness are upheld on every shift.
