Prezzo Italian is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, directing the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Italian dishes across the restaurant. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to shape the kitchen, rota and standards, while maintaining strong stock controls and cost management.
The role offers 48 hours per week across five days, with shifts planned in advance and access to a learning platform to develop culinary skills and leadership capabilities.
