Responsibilities

  • Open and close the restaurant.
  • Lead the team when the GM is away.
  • Ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic".
  • Master behind-the-scenes tasks such as cashing up and compliance.

  • Hospitality Pro – solid experience as a server or supervisor, ready for more.
  • Natural Leader – confidence to lead a team through a buzzing, busy service.
