Prezzo Italian is seeking a Sous Chef to be the Head Chef's right hand, running shifts, maintaining high standards, and stepping in when the Head Chef is away. You’ll help shape the kitchen’s tone, ensure every dish is prepared to spec, and collaborate with front of house to deliver a memorable guest experience.
You will lead, train, and support the team across busy services, uphold food safety and allergen practices, and aim to run your own kitchen in the future within the Prezzo group.
