As a Kitchen Assistant at Prezzo, you'll play a key role in supporting our kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences that showcase our passion for authentic Italian flavours. Working alongside the chefs and front of house team, you'll help ensure every dish meets our high standards and contributes to a smooth, efficient kitchen environment. In this role, you'll support colleagues, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and assist in food preparation to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen team to deliver joyful, memorable experiences for guests and take pride in every task.
- Assist in food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and contribute to a smooth-running kitchen.
- Collaborate with Head Chef, kitchen and front-of-house teams, and support centre to align with operational, commercial, and guest-focused goals.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and proactively help wherever needed.
- Support mentoring and improvement of kitchen processes to enhance guest experiences.
