We’re looking for friendly, confident Waiting Staff to join the Front of House team at Jamie’s Italian UK. This role is all about people, creating warm connections, delivering great service, and helping guests feel relaxed, welcome, and well looked after.
You’ll be front and centre during service, sharing your love of food, making recommendations, and working closely with your team to deliver a smooth, enjoyable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities- Deliver warm, attentive table service throughout each shift
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks with care
- Work closely with runners, bar, and kitchen teams to keep service flowing
- Handle guest questions or issues positively and professionally
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
