Payroll Administrator (Maternity cover – Fixed Term contract until October 2027)

Salary range between £28,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits.

Hybrid working: 4 days at home with 1 day at our central support centre based in Central London between Angel and Highbury Islington stations.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the Brava Hospitality Group payroll team on a fixed term maternity cover.

About the Role

What You’ll Do as a Payroll Administrator:

  • Basic administrative tasks
  • Processing Monthly Payrolls
  • Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, SHpp, SAP etc)
  • Answering email and telephone enquiries
  • Issuing statement of earnings and copies of payslips
  • Running reports on our payroll system
  • Supporting with pensions, AEO and HMRC submissions ensuring they are both accurate and on time
  • Supporting Payroll Manager
