This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Prezzo. You will experience life as an Assistant Manager in one of the busiest high-volume restaurants in the country and ensure that every customer leaves our restaurants wanting to return.

- Working closely with the General Manager to create a fun and vibrant atmosphere whilst ensuring Prezzo’s high standards and service are maintained.
- Having similar experience as Assistant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibiting inspirational and motivational leadership skills, commercial awareness and a passion for food.
