As the Hospitality Recruiter, you’ll make a real difference by supporting every restaurant and department in having the right people in the right roles, within a timely manner. We’re creating this role because we’re investing in our growth, expanding our estate, and strengthening our teams for the future. This role isn’t about branding or campaigns – it’s about getting the job done. You’ll work side‑by‑side with General Managers and Regional Managers to tackle hiring challenges, remove barriers, and keep our restaurants fully staffed and ready to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill vacancies fast and well – drive recruitment across restaurants, ensuring any new hires are the Prezzo Italian fit.
- Be on the front foot – work with Regional Managers and line managers to anticipate hiring needs and provide timely solutions.
- Own the process – manage roles end‑to‑end through our applicant tracking system, ensuring smooth candidate handling and accurate records.
- Problem‑solve barriers – keep recruitment moving by tackling challenges head‑on and finding practical fixes, including direct sourcing.
- Support managers – provide hands‑on recruitment advice and coordination, making hiring easier for busy restaurant leaders.
- Balance pace and quality – handle multiple roles across multiple sites, delivering efficiently without compromising on fit.
