What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Take full ownership of restaurant performance: sales, profit, KPIs, and standards.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, HR, health & safety, and food standards.
• Manage budgets, stock, payroll, and scheduling with precision.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality.
• Commercially aware, with a strong track record of delivering sales and profit growth.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with passion for developing others.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.
