We’re looking for an organised, people-loving superstar to join Prezzo Edinburgh as ourBookings & Events Co-ordinator. Whether it’s a big birthday dinner, a team lunch, or a festive party, you’ll be the go-to person who makes it all happen — and keeps it stress-free and smooth for our guests and our team.
What the role involves
- Handling all booking and event enquiries (calls, emails, online, the lot).
- Chatting with guests to understand what they need – and making it happen.
- Planning everything from tables of 10 to big group events and private hires.
- Working closely with our restaurant team to make sure everyone’s in the loop.
- Sugesting great menu options, upselling where it makes sense (hello, Prosecco packages).
- Keeping everything super organised and making sure guests feel well looked after.
- Helping promote upcoming events and seasonal specials.
- Following up with guests after their visit to keep them coming back.
What we’re looking for
- Some experience in hospitality, bookings, or events would be ideal.
- Super organised, great at juggling tasks and staying calm under pressure.
- Brilliant communication skills – both on the phone and face-to-face.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident talking to all sorts of people.
- Comfortable using booking systems and basic computer stuff.
- Happy to work the occasional evening or weekend if there’s a big event on.
