Brava Hospitality | UK-wide travel
Great hospitality needs great technology behind it.
At Brava Hospitality, we're building a collection of brilliant hospitality brands, each with its own personality, guests and places to be.
Our portfolio includes Prezzo Italian, Nessa, Yasmin, Mortimer House Kitchen, Jamie's Italian and Riding House Cafés - from neighbourhood Italian restaurants to some of London's most distinctive hospitality spaces.
And behind every great opening, refurbishment and busy service is a lot of technology that simply needs to work.
That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join Brava Hospitality and help deliver the technology projects that keep our restaurants moving, growing and evolving.
This role will work across our full portfolio, with a particular focus on Prezzo Italian and our programme of restaurant refurbishments and new openings.
This isn't a desk-bound project management role.
One week you could be walking a restaurant with the Operations team deciding where tills and technology need to sit.
The next, you might be coordinating cabling, POS installations and suppliers ahead of an opening, troubleshooting an issue on site, or helping deliver a new piece of software across the business.
You'll get close to the action and see the projects you work on become real places, serving real guests.
You'll take ownership of the IT workstream for restaurant refurbishments and openings - from the early planning and site surveys right through to testing, go-live and that all-important first service.
That means working with our restaurant teams, Operations colleagues, cabling partners, POS suppliers and technology vendors to make sure everything is in the right place, connected, tested and ready to trade.
Alongside our restaurant projects, you'll also get exposure to technology across POS, networks and infrastructure, CRM and marketing, Saa S platforms and operational systems.
- What you'll be doing
- You'll be trusted to coordinate projects and keep things moving. That will include:
- Supporting and increasingly owning the IT delivery of new restaurant openings and refurbishments
- Spending time on site across the UK, working alongside our Operations teams and technology partners
- Coordinating POS, network, cabling, telephony and other technology installations
- Making sure sites are tested, ready and set up for a smooth opening
- Managing project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Delivering smaller technology and Saa S projects from requirements through to go-live
- Coordinating suppliers, testing, UAT, training and handover
- Keeping stakeholders clear on what's happening, what's next and where you need their help
- Spotting problems early and getting the right people together to solve them
