As a Duty Manager at Prezzo Italian, you’ll lead day‑to‑day operations, maintain high service standards and support the team and management in delivering a seamless guest experience.

Our Person – We are looking for someone who:
- Supports the Assistant Manager and General Manager in running shifts.
- Ensures the team is clear on their tasks and provides guidance where needed.
- Leads by example, maintaining high service standards and teamwork.
- Ensures guests feel welcome and looked after during their visit.
- Steps in to resolve minor guest issues and escalates where necessary.
- Supports the team in delivering an excellent dining experience.
- Helps train and develop new team members.
- Keeps the team motivated and engaged during shifts, ensuring everyone is working together effectively.
- Assists in managing stock levels and restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensures guests are safe by managing food safety, health & safety and allergen procedures are followed.
- Works with management to maintain efficiency and compliance and highlight potential risk.
Experience We Value
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally in hospitality.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to support and guide a team.
- Understanding of health & safety and food safety basics.
