About the Role

We’re looking for a Partnerships Success Manager to manage and grow mid- to top-tier accounts in the UK, with a strong focus on luxury brands. This is an Account Management-focused role: building trusted partnerships, collaborating on campaigns, and uncovering opportunities to deliver additional value. Your luxury sector expertise is essential, helping to strengthen and expand our premium brand portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships UK & Europe, this is an opportunity to join a high-growth global business, roll up your sleeves, and make a meaningful impact as we expand across the UK and Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Account management – Own and grow relationships with mid- to top-tier UK partners, ensuring they’re engaged, supported, and achieving results.
  • Luxury partnerships – Leverage your sector knowledge and network to bring new luxury brands into the portfolio.
  • Growth & expansion – Identify opportunities within existing accounts to deepen engagement and deliver incremental value.
  • Campaign delivery – Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and deliver impact.
  • Market insight – Stay across trends in luxury retail and gifting to spot opportunities for innovation.
  • Team collaboration – Work closely with colleagues across the globe to share insights and deliver success as one team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven background in Account Management, Client Success, or Partnerships.
  • Strong track record in the luxury sector, with a network of brand contacts.
  • Confident using CRM tools (HubSpot a bonus) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communicator with polished presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Strategic and creative thinker who can spot opportunities and bring fresh ideas.
  • Energised by targets and motivated to exceed them.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and positive – thriving in a fast-changing environment.
  • A collaborative team player who is open, authentic, and supportive.

We offer:

  • Prezzeeversary Leave – Extra day of annual leave for each year you’re with us.
