We are looking for an SEO Manager to join the Previsible team to lead SEO initiatives with our clients in the UK, Ireland and Africa markets (UKIA). You will have the opportunity to identify opportunities, create and deliver strategies, and work hands-on with client stakeholders across product, content, and marketing teams to implement updates.
You will be responsible for developing comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, managing execution, and ensuring measurable impact. This is a highly collaborative role where you will coordinate across multiple stakeholders, while working alongside senior SEO leadership (strategy/accountability) and enablement resources (execution support).
The role blends: 70% of strategy, support and operations, keeping SEO activity on track, identifying blockers, and driving delivery; the remaining 30% will be dedicated to build relationship and market management, where success is defined by stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and alignment to broader UKIA business priorities.
Responsibilities
Strategy, Support & Operations
- Create and deliver comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Identify site opportunities and limitations impacting organic search performance.
- Prioritize SEO initiatives and work hands-on with client teams to implement.
- Support senior SEO stakeholders to keep activity on track and unblock delivery issues.
- Lead day-to-day briefing, feedback, and QA with agencies and internal partners.
- Analyze ranking, crawl, and performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and improvements.
- Provide content recommendations and identify new content topics.
- Perform keyword and competitor analysis.
- Conduct regular site crawls to identify opportunities, errors, and progress.
- Manage and deliver performance reporting, ensuring clarity, visibility, and actionable insights.
- Input into planning cycles with tactical roadmaps and campaign detail.
- Stay up to date with SEO governance and industry trends, sharing best practices with the team.
Relationship & Market Management
- Build strong, peer-level relationships with UKIA stakeholders early and confidently.
- Actively advocate for the SEO team, representing successes in clear, compelling ways.
- Translate technical SEO work into business outcomes stakeholders understand and value.
- Capture stakeholder feedback regularly and use it to inform SEO activity.
- Stay close to emerging business needs and ensure SEO is aligned with UKIA priorities.
- Share regular updates on strategy, performance, and forward-looking plans in simple, outcomes-focused ways.
Qualifications
- A bachelor\’s degree in a related discipline preferred
- 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally across both in-house and agency roles.
- Strong ability to identify content opportunities and develop content strategies.
- Technical SEO expertise, including internal linking optimization, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and indexation health.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret large datasets and translate insights into action.
- Direct and effective communicator, confident working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated, and action-oriented.
